There’s a lot to do still, but thankfully, the first Buyers Guide is now written so hopefully the people who by the website find it of use and get something from it. It’s a Laptop Buyers Guide to give a few hints and tips about what to look for and what’s needed for the various uses and expectations of a Laptop from various users points of view. Quite often, pushy Sales People will try and sell a more expensive Laptop with many more features than are needed for most users to gain higher commissions. I can’t fault them for doing it, everybody has to make a living after all, but I do have a problem with them doing it in such a way that people who maybe do not have the money to waste on the extra features that come bundled with higher priced Laptops are talked into spending more than their budget allows.
That was the main reason for starting these Buyers Guides, to give people some insight into what type of Laptops were available and which users they’re aimed at. We’ll also be bringing more information on where to buy and our recommendations.
